These Terms govern your use of Konbit Daily Income (the "Service"). By creating an account or buying a pass you accept them.
1. The Service
Konbit Daily Income publishes educational stock ideas (Stocks) and options alerts (Options) in a members-only feed, with photos, videos, written analysis and notifications. Content is general and the same for every member of a plan. It is not personalised advice (see the Risk Disclaimer).
2. Your account
- One account per person. Each account is linked to one email address and one phone number, and a phone number can only be used on one account.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email private.
- You can be signed in on a limited number of devices at the same time. Signing in on another device may sign out the oldest one.
- Give accurate information. We may refuse or close an account that breaks these Terms.
3. Weekly pass — no auto-renew
- A pass gives access to one plan for one trading week (Monday 12:00 AM to Friday 11:59 PM ET, New York time).
- A pass is a one-time purchase. It does not renew automatically and you are never charged again unless you buy a new pass.
- Prices: Stocks $149 per week, Options $99 per week (shown again at checkout before you pay).
4. Sales windows and access dates
- Stocks: on sale Fri 4:00 PM ET → Wed 4:00 PM ET (New York time). Posts are published Mon–Fri.
- Options: on sale Fri 4:00 PM ET → Sun 8:00 PM ET (New York time). Alerts are published Mon & Wed.
- A pass bought on Friday or during the weekend is for the following week and starts on Monday. The exact week is shown before you pay and on your receipt.
- Earlier posts of your plan stay available in the Past Feed for the current week and the previous 4 weeks while your pass is active.
5. Mid-week purchases
A Stocks pass bought on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday before the window closes is for the current week. It still ends Friday 11:59 PM ET and the price is not reduced (not prorated) for days that have already passed. You confirm this before paying.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your pass is active once Stripe confirms the payment. Passes paid in person (cash, MonCash, Zelle, etc.) are recorded by our team and work the same way.
7. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy: no refund once the week covered by your pass has started; before that, refunds are at our discretion. A refunded pass loses access immediately.
8. Personal use only — no sharing or reselling
Content is for your personal use. You may not share your account, forward, copy, screenshot for distribution, resell or publish content from the feed, in any form, including in WhatsApp or Telegram groups. We may close an account that shares or resells content, without refund.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other members' content or accounts, interfere with the Service, use bots or scrapers, or use the Service for anything unlawful. Be respectful in our community groups.
10. Not financial advice
All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Read the Risk Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Konbit Daily Income is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass concerned. The Service is provided "as is"; we do our best to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes apply to passes bought after the change.
