This policy explains what personal data Konbit Daily Income collects, why, who processes it and your rights.
1. Who we are
Konbit Daily Income operates this website and the members' feed. Contact: support@example.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account: name, email address, phone number, preferred language.
- Passes and payments: the plans and weeks you bought, amounts, receipt numbers. Card details are handled by Stripe only; we never receive them.
- Security and usage: IP address, browser/device, sign-in times, active sessions, and technical logs.
- Preferences: your email notification choices.
3. Why we use it
- To create and secure your account (sign-in codes, one account per person, limiting shared accounts).
- To sell and deliver passes, issue receipts and handle refunds and disputes.
- To notify you of new posts and, if you agree, remind you when sales open.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers (processors)
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Email provider — sending sign-in codes, receipts and notifications.
- Hostinger — website hosting and database.
- TradingView — the economic calendar widget (loaded from TradingView when you open the calendar page).
We do not sell your data.
5. Cookies
We only use essential cookies: your session (to keep you signed in), a security token (CSRF) and your language choice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
6. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Technical logs are kept for about 14 days. Backups are kept for about 14 days.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or your account settings). Contact support@example.com. Deleting your account ends access to any active pass.
8. Security
Access to member content and media is checked on every request, sign-in uses one-time codes, and staff accounts use a second factor.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
